Astin Hayes is a community strategist and connector passionate about social impact and culture-forward experiences. Working across community development, technology, and marketing, she brings people, ideas, and opportunities together to help build thriving ecosystems.
As COO of InHeirit and co-founder of Tip Off, Astin combines strategic thinking, technology, and relationship-building to create meaningful opportunities for connection and growth.
Her marketing consulting work helps brands and organizations develop stories that resonate with their communities, including work with ThyrveFest, La Cookout, and Pushing the Limits Conference. Through event production, fundraising, and brand development, she creates spaces where people can connect authentically and move forward together.

The crawl may end, but the party doesn’t! After taking over the South Loop for Halloween, we’re bringing everybody together for the Official South Loop Halloween Crawl After Party at Bellagio Chicago. Pull up in your best costume and get ready for a late-night Halloween takeover featuring Bree Specific, DJ Sean Mac, and DJ Mike Caliber. Expect nonstop Hip-Hop, R&B, Afrobeats, House, Throwbacks, and party anthems, plus cocktails, costumes, dancing, and Halloween energy all night.
